While technically in South Kingstown, Matunuck Oyster Farm & Bar is a must-visit for seafood enthusiasts. Set on Potter Pond, this award-winning restaurant serves up some of the freshest oysters in the region. Indulge in their raw bar delights or savor their delicious seafood entrees with a farm-to-table and pond-to-plate focus. They also offer educational tours. The restaurant is only 1 mile from our East Matunuck beach rental house. We recommend making your reservations when you book the house or at least six weeks in advance.

Coast Guard House
One of the most beautiful settings for a restaurant in Narragansett, the Coast Guard House offers a traditional seafront dining experience with fresh seafood and a great atmosphere on the water. It’s a short drive from all of our houses and can be combined with a day trip to Town Beach and the Pier neighborhood with its shops, ice cream and shoreline walking.

Crazy Burger
If you like Guy Fieri, don’t miss this stop! As featured on "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives," Crazy Burger Cafe & Juice Bar offers everything from vegan to beef to salmon burgers. Great breakfast, too. Located on on Boon Street, this cafe is a perfect foodie stop if you're heading to Town Beach or the Pier Neighborhood for the day.

Cap'n Jack's

Cap'n Jack's is located on the Succotash salt marsh and steps from East Matunuck State Beach (and our East Matunuck vacation rental). It's a great spot for families.
